The Art of Cognac by Dupuy
Since 1852 and six generations, the Dupuy House has been perpetuating the excellence of an ancestral know-how and passion for cognac. This heritage is revealed in the transmission of the immutable and meticulous gestures needed to make great cognacs, and in the art of understanding the effects of time on eaux-de-vie. This unique know-how has enabled Dupuy cognacs to distinguish
themselves by their quality and rarity.
Today, the Dupuy House continues to keep the cognac tradition alive with elegance. By revealing exclusive and prestigious cognacs produced by respecting ancestral methods of production and mastering the ageing process.
The House works exclusively on the two most prestigious crus in the vineyard: Grande and Petite Champagne.
Traditionally, and since its foundation by Auguste Dupuy, it is in the House’s Chai Paradis that the oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie are preserved, making up the House’s prestigious blends and limited series.
